Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is damaged

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video). Once reviewed, we will process a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
